Privacy Policy

This privacy policy covers fieldbot.net and the FieldBot application (web and mobile). FieldBot is a product of Guild Supply Company, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

What we collect

• Account data. Shop name, login credentials (stored hashed), contact email, and phone number used to create or recover a shop account.
• Job data. Customer names, job notes, addresses a shop records, estimates, invoices, schedule entries, and related shop records stored on that shop’s desk.
• Call and SMS metadata. Phone numbers, time of a call or text, duration, and delivery status when a shop uses FieldBot voice or messaging. Message content for jobs that shop handles stays on that shop’s account.
• Payment records. Subscription status and card processor customer or subscription identifiers. Card numbers are handled by the card processor, not stored on FieldBot servers.
• Usage logs. Basic device and server logs needed to operate the site (sign-in, errors, and similar operational records).

How we use it

We use this information to operate FieldBot for the shop that owns the account: answering and logging job calls and texts, keeping jobs on one board, billing the shop subscription, and providing support.

Processors

We use carriers to deliver calls and texts, a processor for card billing, and a language service inside the desk. They only see what they need to run that piece.

We do not sell personal data

Guild Supply Company, LLC does not sell personal data. We do not sell shop customer lists, phone numbers, or job records.

How to request deletion

Email FieldBot HQ at james@fieldbot.net and ask us to delete your account or a specific record. We will delete or anonymize account and shop data we control, except records we must keep for billing, security, or law.
