By creating a shop or using fieldbot.net or the FieldBot app, you agree to these terms.
FieldBot is a shop desk for field-service businesses. It can answer calls and texts, keep jobs on one board, and help write estimates and invoices. You are responsible for the people you invite, the numbers you connect, and the content you store. You must have permission to contact the people you call or text through the product.
A FieldBot shop subscription is $199 per month or $1,699/year after any trial. You may cancel from billing settings or by emailing FieldBot HQ at james@fieldbot.net. Fees already charged are not refunded except as required by law.
We work to keep FieldBot running. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Calls and texts depend on phone carriers. Desk language features depend on our language service.
In plain English: Guild Supply Company, LLC is not liable for lost jobs, missed calls, failed texts, or lost profits. If something goes wrong, our total liability for a claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, or $99, whichever is greater. This does not limit liability that Florida law does not allow us to limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Florida have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
